Inaccurate and silly...
Preferably... watch the movie insteadAlthough not to the full extent of taking some high acclaim about her abilities to interpret Nostradamus' prophecies like the number of the other so-called interpreters -- Erika Cheetham is not too far being different from the number of these "Nostradamus experts"; her quatrain interpretations of Nostradamus' prophecies either lack accuracy or they miss out on some overlooked detail to further identify the intended meaning from Nostradamus' writings. Her commentaries on some of the verses interpreted are even at times self-confessionary in admitting to this.
THE MAN WHO SAW TOMORROW however, may be good enough to fill in for other books in the study of Nostradamus' works; the author, along with a biographical chapter found in the introduction to this book on the life of Nostradamus, have provided commentaries on some of the Century Quatrains, and is quite impressive with her notes for the portions pertaining to Hitler, Queen Catherine, and Napoleon. (I don't buy much of the stuff about the over-rated Kennedys though).
This book (which is the basis and companion to the film of the same title hosted by Orson Welles) contains all of Nostradamus' ten Century text writings with the authors' personal translations for each verse.
But if you would like to save some of your time, watch the movie instead.
Inaccurate, could be better written

Disappointing. Not for Witches.
Boring and pointless pornography.Overall, the first quarter of the book is only somewhat interesting and the rest is a flight of tasteless oversexual fantasy, with a big fat "RELIGIOUS" label slapped on. It gets one star since it actually delves into the esoteric world, but if you want to read a better occult mystery, get "Bell, Book, and Murder" by Rosemary Edghill. Don't waste your money on this glorified garbage.
It's a "Harry Porter" for grown-ups! Great Fun!

DISMALI thought Sydney wasting money on a private investigator to find Dwayne, when Savannah was broke financially was a bit much as well. The money would have been better spent on Savannah and her children! But more than this it angers me to see a so-called educated African American female being so naive.
The family closeness was nice, but maybe that is why ole Dwayne left, too much outside interference. I guess I'll never know but, I guess I can be thankful that the author did not use the tired old "other woman," excuse, but I felt the author should have gave more background on that topic, nonetheless.
As far as the romace between Anthony and Savannah I felt that was okay but pretty predictable.
good readHowever, I did enjoy the story. It was about family support and unconditional love-even when they disagree about each other's lives. I also enjoyed that Savannah didn't break down and stay there. She was thrown for a tremendous loop, but she came out even stronger for it.
Savannah's Destiny AwaitsReluctant at first to accept her sister, Sydney's offer to hire and pay for a private investigator, Savannah eventually agrees to the plan in hopes of locating Dwayne. Savannah had no idea that this would also be the beginning of a new chapter in her life, one that she did not count on.
The investigator, Anthony Martin, is awe stricken when he first sees Savannah. She is calm, too calm, and serene, but there is something else that draws Anthony to Savannah and it is not her motherly nature. Ten years younger than Savannah, Anthony still hopes for a romantic relationship with Savannah. After the ordeal with locating the missing spouse which turns into a deadly game and helping Savannah beat a murder rap, Savannah is finally free to start living again and Anthony is there for her.
Though their relationship is strained from the beginning, they are destined to be together. Anthony realizes that he was just waiting for the perfect woman to come into his life and to him that woman is Savannah Raven Dailey. Anthony is determined to prove her innocence, no matter what the cost.
Savannah is indeed a lucky woman, even when life dealt her a blow that is not easily handled. Savannah knew she had to fight to keep the plumbing company going strong and to be a strong mother to her two children, Dwayne Jr and Stephanie, both vulnerable during this point in their lives.
Savannah's sisters, Syndey, Paris and Jakarta are there for her. The Raven sisters are strong and determined women. They came together in a time of need and managed to put their lives on the back burner to help Savannah. They are truly a wonderful family.
I enjoyed "Love's Destiny" Savannah's story and eagerly awaits the other Raven sisters' stories. Is it possible that Jakarta's story may take place in the New Orleans area or possibly involve Zane Reeves, the Assistant District Attorney?
